I'm a full-time ceramic artist in Raleigh, NC. I hand make functional and decorative ceramic items from white stoneware (wheel thrown and slab built). I make the brightly colored glazes as well as aquatic decal graphics. Food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

My background in photography, my interest in science, and love of the ocean all inform my work. I grew up in Kansas and move to the coast of Maine at 19, and that's where I fell in love with the ocean. Not laying out on the beach or boating, but fascinated with the fantastic creatures below the water.
